Responsibilities
Leading a team of analytics engineers and analysts to build the end-to-end data solutions and advanced analytics models for Wayfair Global Operations. Designed data roadmaps with stakeholders across EU and NA. Conducted project and product management for internal analytics tools. Reduced turnaround time for product improvements to one sprint. Adopted new tools in data analytics
Key Achievements:
Created and implemented predictive model for order delay alerts, achieved cost saving of ~$1M in supply chain
Automated manual processes in customer returns and delivery execution, which contributed to a ~$3M cost saving
Led end-to-end data solutions for customer experience and operations in EU and NA, developed and implemented first data visibility and performance management platform for operations, enabled the near-real-time KPI visibility for 50+ warehouses, maintained 1000+ internal daily active users (one of the top 3 usage tools)
